The First Prince of Jacarcia is taken captive by the forces of Estron, relying on his father's elven allies for salvation. He vows that upon his release, neither of his rival princes shall ever set foot in Man's Lands. Ungodly forces begin to stir once more in the shadows. The Grandmistress of the Uplifted resolves to save Man's Lands and the man she once called husband. As the Lands of Man engage in war, dragons awaken, and the Mistwalkers rise again.
