*Whilst we understand that historical fiction can either exclude or portray people in a negative light, we would encourage our authors to write about these issues in a balanced way. 

Consider this before sending your manuscript: 

What would be the guidance at the cinema? If it's an 18, please don't send it. Anything 15, 12, PG, or Universal, we would love to see. 

Please note that we are not looking for Graphic violence or erotica. 

1. Graphic violence refers to vivid, brutal, and realistic acts of violence depicted in the media.
2. Erotica refers to art that portrays or describes sexual activity with the intention of arousing sexual feelings.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion encompass people from diverse races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, genders, and sexual orientations. 

Calling all writers of cosy crime novels with a touch of humour, as well as those who specialize in creating suspenseful psychological thrillers or intricate spy novels! We are eagerly seeking talented authors to join our community. When it comes to crafting crime fiction, we place a strong emphasis on plot and structure. It's crucial that the mystery is unravelled in a carefully paced and controlled manner, with the clues being distributed in a neat and artful manner. The resolution should be both surprisingly unexpected and deeply satisfying. Furthermore, we are looking for rich, believable characters situated in captivating and absorbing settings to be interwoven throughout the narrative. When submitting your literary work, it's important to provide a complete overview of it. This should include the title of your piece, its length, genre, and a brief premise, as well as a synopsis of up to 800 words. Additionally, you should clearly identify your targeted audience and explain how your book fits into the current market landscape. Lastly, don't forget to include a brief bio that showcases your writing qualifications or experience. (Luna Eden Publishing will accept a link to your author page).  It is a tall order, but it can be done - please keep it in standard font, (no handwriting fonts). 

As a small independent publisher, we will cover all publishing and marketing expenses. (The author should publicise their work, along with Luna Eden). All profits/royalties will be split 50/50. Rest assured, we are committed to transparency and fairness throughout the process. 

The process of publishing a book is a comprehensive undertaking that requires a great deal of dedication and hard work. It can take up to six months to go from the initial draft to the final edit, with an additional three months required for cover design and formatting.
