The Book
Hollie’s plan was simple: sprinkle some magic on her ‘Cosy Cats’ charity shop and finally get her groove back. Enter Vince, the younger, outrageously handsome handyman who makes her feel like the lead in her own soap opera. He’s supposed to be renovating her shop, not electrifying her quiet, divorced life. But the sparks are mixed with danger. Vince’s upcycling business is tied to the very con artist who stole Hollie’s husband, and with every discovery, it looks like his charm is just the pretty wrapping on a terrible lie.
The danger gets personal when Hollie’s beloved niece vanishes into the seedy adult entertainment underworld. The world Vince swears he quit. Every kiss, every touch, feels like a terrifying gamble. When the truth finally comes out, will Hollie realise she’s fallen for a saviour or a con man who just delivered his next victim?

'The description of the scenes is wonderfully detailed and brings the reader right into them. Hollie's love for cats plays a big role in her life, and I enjoyed reading about her cat rescue, the donations and how her shop was run. A great story told. Highly recommend and a well-deserved five stars. ~ Amazon Review
